The overall aim of this project is to explore the Hortus Malabaricus through descriptive & analytical bibliography approaches with an attempt to understand it’s book history and to build a digital portal to provide quick and easy access to it’s content. The project will examine the anatomy of the printed work as well as analyze different digitized versions. To accomplish these goals, this project uses various digital humanities tools for analyzing & visualizing the data.
